                               Where is Rink Field?

The best way to Rink Field is to go to County Road 42 via State Road 13 (on the center of town on State Road 13), then turn East and go
1 mile on County Road 42 (CR 42).

When you see County Road 43 (CR 43), turn North and go .43 miles keeping your eyes to the west,
the sign to the field and entrance
    are a bit hidden.

Looking to the east down the field

As you look down Rink Field to the west, you have a 600' x 200' landing strip with no obstacles. We keep the field rolled and cut and it is far smoother than many lawns.

On the west end of the field, you have a 200 x 100' landing strip going north and south.
Of course, you are expected to let everybody know which landing strip you'll be coming in on.

The landing field now has a gravel driveway, and a small shelter and a few picnic tables for our flying/cookout days. There is also a fence to keep spectators away from the active flightline.

Come and join us, and enjoy the fun.

Rink Field is 1080 feet long, east to west. The landing strip is 800 x 100' long. On the western edge of the field, we have a 200 x 100' north to south landing strip. The field is rolled, seeded, and treated with fertilizer and weedkiller each year. All members take turns keeping the grass cut therefore giving us a wonderful field that we are very proud of. Please keep track on our "Links" page a lot might be going on each month. And be sure to contact us for further information.
